Open the 
Create Contract Service Orders window.
Creates service orders for service contracts that include service items that are due for service. You can also use the batch job to print a test report.
When you run the batch job to create contract service orders, service orders that include service items with the next planned service dates within the specified period are created. The test report contains information about the contracts, the service items, and the service orders that are created for the date you have specified.
Options

Starting Date | Enter the starting date for the period that you want to create contract service orders for. The batch job includes contracts with service items that have next planned service dates on or later than this date. |
Ending Date | Enter the ending date for the period that you want to create contract service orders for. The batch job includes contracts with service items with next planned service date on or earlier than this date. |
Action | Select if you want to include reversed entries in the report. |
