Open the 
Update Analysis Views window.
Updates one or more analysis views. When you post entries that have dimensions attached, this new information may change the financial information in an analysis view. Therefore, to investigate financial trends by using the most current information, you must update your analysis views. You can do this as often as your company requires. For example, you can do it once a month.
You can also update analysis views individually on the relevant analysis view card or in the Analysis View List window. If you have selected the Update on Posting field on an analysis view card, that analysis view is automatically updated every time an entry is posted.
