Open the 
Get Package Tables window.
Generates a list of Microsoft Dynamics NAV tables from which you can create specifications for your configuration package. To specify tables to include in your configuration, run the Get Config. Tables batch job.
Options

Select Tables | Choose the field to specify which tables to include. When you choose the field, the Config. Selection windows opens in which you can select tables. . |
With Data Only | Select the check box to include only the data from the tables. |
