Open the Job Planning Lines window.

Contains an overview of all planning lines for a job. You use this window to plan what items, resources, and general ledger expenses that you expect to use on a job (schedule) or you can specify what you actually agreed with your customer that he should pay for the job (contract).

You can set up planning lines for each job task on the job. If you have agreed with your customer that he should pay a fixed, total amount for the entire job, regardless of the usage on the individual job tasks, you only have to set up one job planning line of type contract for the entire job.

Only planning lines of type Contract or Both Schedule and Contract can be invoiced. Planning lines of type Schedule are not chargeable.

You use this window to edit the planning lines associated with job tasks. You can add as many lines as you want.

For more information about a specific field, select the field, and then press F1.
