Open the 
G/L Account Card window.
Specifies information about general ledger accounts, such as the account number, account name, and whether the account is part of the income statement or balance sheet. There is one card for each G/L account. Each card contains several FastTabs with different types of information about the account.
Many of the fields on the G/L account card are also in the Chart of Accounts window. You can set up accounts in either window. If you set up an account in the Chart of Accounts window, a G/L account card will automatically be set up for that account. The G/L account card contains more fields than the Chart of Accounts window.
