Open the 
Issued Finance Charge Memo window.
Shows finance charge memos that have been issued.
The window is very similar to the Finance Charge Memo window. It contains a header with FastTabs for general information about the finance charge memo, and lines with details about the outstanding amounts that interest has been calculated on.
You cannot enter, change, or delete anything in this window.
