Open the Answer Points List window.
Provides an overview of the answers from which a contact can gain points when you calculate the rating.
The number of points given to each individual answer is displayed in the Points field. The total number of points a contact has gained is used in the Profile Questionnaires window to group the contact based on the ranges of points you have set up in the From Value and To Value fields.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
