Open the 
Transfer Routes window.
Specifies how you want to set up transfer routes (the combination of a transfer-from location and a transfer-to location) between locations by assigning each transfer route a default in-transit code, shipping agent code, and shipping agent service code. This expedites the process of transferring materials between regular transfer points.
You fill in the fields in the Transfer Routes window and then click Show Matrix to display the matrix window.
