Open the 
Job Queue Entry Card window.
Specifies details about jobs in the job queue.
By default, each entry in the queue has its status set to On Hold. There are two functions you can choose to change the status manually. The following table describes these functions.

Set Status to Ready | Sets the status of the job queue entry to Ready. |
Suspend | Sets the status of the job queue entry to On Hold. |
Additional Information
By default, the Status field is set to On Hold for job entries that are created on a card. The entry is saved as soon as the primary key has been entered. At this point, the job queue dispatcher can see the job entry and tries to run the job. After you have completed filling out the job queue entry information, you can run the entry.
