Open the Base Calendar Changes window.
Specifies changes to a Base Calendar card entry. You would typically enter any nonworking days that you want to apply to a base calendar that you are setting up (thus changing their status from working to nonworking). These could include weekends, holidays and other closing dates. You can also use this window to edit a base calendar that has already been set up.
The Base Calendar Changes window and the Base Calendar card interact dynamically. If you enter a change in one window, the program will update the other.
As you enter nonworking day status in this window, the program makes these changes automatically and you can view them, along with all the other date entries, on the Base Calendar card. The nonworking day entries appear in red and the program puts a checkmark in the Nonworking field.
Note |
---|
You can use this window to select and copy lines from one base calendar to another. |
Important |
---|
If you make changes to a base calendar for which customized calendar changes exist, the program also updates all existing customized calendars automatically. |
