Specifies an account interval or a series of account numbers. You can enter a maximum of 30 characters, both numbers and letters.
When you enter account numbers in the field, the total balance for the accounts will be added up.

The Accounts Totaling field is a type of filter field because what is entered in the field limits the number of accounts used by the program to calculate the total balance. There are specific rules for what you can enter:
