Contains your sales and marketing campaigns. In this table, you can assign a number to each campaign. You can also specify the status of your campaigns.
The Campaign table also contains the main figures concerning a campaign, for example, information about the target population of the campaign, the turnover generated by the campaign, the number of opportunities initiated because of the campaign, and so on. You can find this information in the Campaign Statistics window.
When a campaign is set up, you can assign a salesperson to it. You can link opportunities, activities, to-dos, segments, and all types of interactions to a campaign by specifying a campaign number in the Campaign No. field in the relevant tables.
When an opportunity, to-do, activity or interaction is linked to a campaign, you can keep track of it in the Campaign Entries window.
