Specifies information about the service items that need to be serviced in a service order. For example, service items can include the serial number, description, service item number, service item group, fault reporting, warranty, and response time.
The value you have entered in the One Service Item Line/Order field in the Service Management Setup window determines whether you can insert multiple lines for a service order.
When you post a service order, the program creates a posted service shipment and/or a service invoice. The service item lines become the posted service item lines in the posted service shipment.
