Contains the name of the unit of measure for the item, resource or cost on the service line.
The program automatically copies the name from the Description field in the Units of Measure window when you fill in the No. field. The program retrieves the value of the unit of measure based on the information in the Unit of Measure Code field on the service line.
Every time you change the contents in the Unit of Measure Code field on the service line, the Unit of Measure field is updated. If you wish to change the name for a particular unit of measure code, you have to change its description in the Units of Measure window.
