You can create to-dos for teams from the team To-do List.
To create a team phone call to-do or a blank to-do
In the Search box, enter Teams and then choose the related link.
Select the team you want to create a to-do for.
On the Navigate tab, in the Teams group, choose To-dos. The To-do List window opens.
On the Actions tab, in the Process group, choose Create To-do. The Create To-do wizard opens.
Select the option Blank or Phone Call.
Fill in the Description, Date, and Time fields, and then choose the Next button.
To select a contact for this to-do, choose the AssistEdit button, and select a contact from the Contact List.
Choose the Next button to add more information, or choose the Finish button.
To create a team meeting to-do
In the Search box, enter Teams and then choose the related link.
Select the team you want to create a to-do for.
On the Navigate tab, in the Teams group, choose To-dos. The To-do List window opens.
On the Actions tab, in the Process group, choose Create To-do. The Create To-do wizard opens.
Select the option Meeting.
Fill in the Description, Date, and Time fields and choose the Next button.
In the Attendance Type field, select To-do Organizer, and fill in the line for the organizer. Add other attendees.
Choose the Next button to add more information, or choose the Finish button.
