When an item has been posted as received, it is part of company inventory until it leaves the warehouse as a posted shipment. To keep a record of where the item is within the warehouse, you perform various activities and then register what you have done. If your location is set up to use warehouse picks and put-aways but not directed put-away and pick, you may only register put-aways and picks. If your location uses directed put-away and pick, you also register warehouse movement instructions.
You can delete registered documents that are no longer necessary either individually or by using a batch job for this purpose.
To delete instruction registrations
In the Search box, enter Delete Registered Whse. Docs., and then choose the related link.
Fill in the Type field on the batch job request window, and any other fields you would like to filter your request with.
Choose the OK button to delete the registered warehouse documents.
