If you want to include a shipping time in the order promising calculation on the sales line, you can enter it as a default for each customer.
To enter shipping time on customer card
In the Search box, enter Customers, and then choose the related link.
Open the relevant customer card.
On the Shipping FastTab, in the Shipping Time field, enter the shipping time you want to include in the order promising calculation for this customer.
