You can finish or delete a postponed interaction for salespeople and contacts. The following procedure describes finishing an interaction for a salesperson. The steps are similar for a contact.
To finish a postponed interaction
In the Search box, enter Salespeople, and then choose the related link.
Select the relevant salesperson, and on the Navigate tab, in the Salesperson group, choose Postponed Interactions.
Select the interaction you want to finish.
On the Actions tab, in the General group, choose Resume.
Fill in the remaining fields of the wizard and modify the attachment, if necessary.
Choose the Finish button.
To delete a postponed interaction
In the Search box, enter Salepeople, and then choose the related link.
Select the relevant salesperson, and on the Navigate tab, in the Salesperson group, choose Postponed Interactions.
Select the interaction you want to delete.
On the Actions tab, in the Manage group, choose Delete.
