You can set up opportunity sales cycles for the cycles that you usually follow to manage your sales opportunities.
To set up an opportunity sales cycle
In the Search box, enter Sales Cycle, and then choose the related link.
On the Home tab, in the New group, choose New.
Fill in the Code, Description, and Probability Calculation fields.
Repeat these steps to set up as many sales cycles as you want.
