You must select folders for synchronizing Outlook items with entities in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and for storing already synchronized items. If you do not specify folders, the solution will not work.
If your connection has been configured correctly, a folder control is dynamically created on the Folders tab for each synchronization entity defined for you in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The labels for these controls correspond to the description of the synchronization entity in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
To select the synchronization folders
In Outlook, on the Add-ins tab, you will see the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Synchronization toolbar. Choose Settings.
On the Folders tab, set folders for each synchronization entity.
