After entries have been completely or partially closed, during posting or at a later time, you can see the entries that a given entry was applied to in the Applied Vendor Entries window.
To view applied vendor ledger entries from the ledger entry window
In the Search box, Vendor Ledger Entries, and then choose the related link.
Select the line with the entry whose applied entries you want to view.
On the Navigate tab, in the Entry group, choose Applied Entries.
