One of a manager's tasks is to review how time sheet entries have been posted. The manager can review these for any time sheet. In general, you can review posting information for the resource ledger as described in the following procedure. However, to review information about absences, you have to look at absence registration details. For more information, see How to: Post Absence Information for a Time Sheet.

To review time sheet posting entries

  1. In the Search box, enter Manager Time Sheets, and then choose the related link.

  2. Select a time sheet to review.

  3. On the Navigate tab, choose Posting Entries.

    The Time Sheet Posting Entries window opens, and contains a list of entries for that time sheet.

  4. To see the related posted ledger entries, on the Home tab, choose Navigate.

To verify the status of posted time sheet lines

  1. Open the Manager Time Sheet List window.

  2. From the Manager Time Sheet List, select a time sheet to review.

  3. If necessary, modify the list of columns that are viewable on the time sheet and add the Posted field. For more information, see How to: Add or Remove Columns in a List or on Document Lines.

    The Posted check box is selected for posted lines.
