Open the Balancing Account Setup window.

Specifies which balancing account to use when you post in the current session of the Payment Registration window.

If you want to use the selected balancing account every time that you open the Payment Registration window, then select the Use this Account as Def. check box.

Bal. Account No.

Specifies which balancing account to use for payment when you post in the current session of the Payment Registration window.

If you want to change the balancing account in the current session, then choose the Setup button in the Payment Registration window.

Use this Account as Def.

Specifies if the selected balancing account is used every time that you open the Payment Registration window.
