Specifies the status of the service order. The service order status reflects the repair or maintenance status of all the service items on the service order. There are four options: Pending, In Process, Finished, and On Hold.

The program automatically selects an option in this field when the repair status changes on a service item line.

You can change the status if all service item lines in the order have a repair status which is consistent with that particular change.

Note
The Status field is not related to the Release Status field on the service order header, which governs the warehouse handling of service items.
