Contains the number of the contract that the service order is associated with.
When a service order is created from a service contract, the program copies the number automatically from the Contract No. field in the Service Contract Header table.

When the service order is created manually, this field is empty. It will stay empty even if you insert service items corresponding to any service contract. After posting this order, the value in the Next Planned Service Date field in the contract lines with service items belonging to that order will not be changed.
But, if the value of this field is not blank, then after the service order is posted, the Next Planned Service Date field on the contract lines with the service items included in the order will be recalculated, using the calculation method specified in the Next Service Calc. Method field in the Service Mgt. Setup window.
