A resource can be assigned to more than one service zone at a time.
When you have assigned resources to service zones, you can see which resources are assigned to the same service zone as the customer when you allocate resources to a service task in the Res. Availability (Service) window. The In Customer Zone field in the window contains a check mark if the resource is assigned to the customer's zone.
