After you have created a campaign, you can start creating segments for use with campaigns. Segments are groups of contacts that are filtered for a specific campaign.
As a campaign runs, all interactions with your contacts, or segment, are recorded. This allows you or other groups to view a campaign and obtain statistics and other information about the costs and success rates of the campaign.
