When you fill in a sales document, the price in the Unit Price field should represent the lowest possible price on this date. However, if you would like to see whether there are alternative sales prices, you can use the Choose Column function to display the Sales Prices Exists field. If this field is selected, you can look up the sales prices.
To look up a sales price
In the Search box, enter Sales Orders, and then choose the related link. Create a new sales order.
On the Lines FastTab, check to see if the Sales Prices Exist field is selected for the item in question. If the column is not visible, open the shortcut menu for the column headings, and then choose Choose Columns to add it.
If there is a sales price, choose Actions, choose Functions, and then choose Get Price.
The alternative sales prices are shown in the Get Sales Prices window.
To select an alternative sales price, select the line, and choose the OK button.
