Last Synchronization Time indicates the time when the most recent synchronization was successfully completed. This time is stored in the Outlook Synch. User Setup table per entity. The last synchronization time is taken into account for calculating when the next automatic synchronization is run.

The next automatic synchronization is predefined in Outlook and performed starting from the last synchronization time.
