This is an Outlook or a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Entity object that contains data to be synchronized. Microsoft Dynamics NAV objects are tables and fields; Outlook objects are items, collections, and properties.
For every Outlook synchronization entity there are three levels available:

Outlook items, which consist of AppointmentItem, ContactItem, DistListItem, DocumentItem, JournalItem, MailItem, MeetingItem, NoteItem, PostItem, RemoteItem, ReportItem, TaskRequestAcceptItem, TaskRequestDeclineItem, TaskRequestItem, TaskRequestUpdateItem.

Collections, which consist of Actions, AddressEntries, AddressLists, Attachments, Conflicts, Exceptions, Folders, Links, Recipients, Reminders.

Collection Elements, which consist of Action, AddressList, AddressEntry, Attachment, Conflict, DistListItem, Exception, FormDescription, MAPIFolder, Recipient, Link, RecurrencePattern, Reminder.
Outlook items have their own properties, some of which are Collections. All Collection elements have their own properties.
